1. The promoter and the promotion

This prize promotion is run by RedGem Ltd (company number [Company number]), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at [Registered office address] ("the Promoter"). It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, PICO, ByteDance, eBay, or any auction house.

Ten (10) PICO Neo 3 Link VR headsets are available to be won, one per draw, across up to ten draws. The promotion runs from 13 July 2026 until all ten prizes have been drawn or 31 December 2026, whichever comes first. The Promoter may close the promotion early if required by law, and will honour any draws already unlocked at that point.

2. Who can enter

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families. One entry per person. Entering more than once (for example with multiple email addresses) leads to disqualification.

3. How to enter

Automatic entry: every RedGem founding Pro member with an active (or trialing) paid subscription at the time of a draw is entered into that draw automatically. No action is needed.

Free entry, no purchase necessary: email support@redgem.io with the subject "Giveaway entry" including your full name and the email address you want entered. Free entries are added to the entry pool for every remaining draw and have exactly the same chance of winning as a member entry. Paying for membership does not improve your chances; each eligible person has one entry per draw.

One prize per person: each person (and each RedGem account) can win once across the whole promotion. Past winners are excluded from the entry pool of every later draw.

4. When draws happen

A draw unlocks each time the total number of founding Pro members reaches a new multiple of ten (10, 20, 30, and so on), up to a maximum of ten draws. The Promoter will run each unlocked draw within seven days of it unlocking. Live progress toward the next draw is shown on the RedGem website.

5. The prize

Each winner receives one PICO Neo 3 Link VR headset (recommended retail price approximately £301). The prize is new or as-new and may be in opened retail packaging. No cash alternative is offered by default. The winner may keep the prize or sell it on; it is theirs.

Prizes are shipped free of charge to a United Kingdom address only.

6. Winner selection and notification

Each winner is selected at random from the entry pool for that draw (eligible members plus free entries, previous winners excluded) using a computer random number generator. The size of the entry pool for each draw is recorded.

Winners are notified in their RedGem account and/or by email within seven days of the draw and must provide a UK shipping address within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond in time, or is ineligible, the Promoter may draw a replacement winner from the same pool.

The surname and county of winners can be requested within three months of a draw closing (per the CAP Code); winners may object to this by contacting us, in which case we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

7. Data and general

Winner names and addresses are used only to deliver the prize and are handled per our Privacy Policy. Free-entry emails are used only to administer the promotion.

The Promoter's decision is final. By entering, you agree to these rules. These rules are governed by the law of England and Wales.

8. Freebie spins

Signed-in members get one free prize-wheel spin per day in the Freebie Centre. Spins are always free: there is nothing to buy, no paid spins, and paying for membership does not change the wheel's odds.

The wheel only shows prizes you are currently able to win, and the odds for your wheel are displayed beside it. The result is decided by our server using cryptographic randomness before the wheel animates; the animation simply lands on that result.

Wheel prizes are applied to your account immediately and may include: one free entry into this giveaway's draws (subject to the one-entry-per-person rule above; if you are already entered this prize is not offered), extra hours of full feed access (capped at three such wins in any 7 days), temporary full access to one otherwise-locked deal for 24 hours, and a discount code for a first paid month. The VR headsets themselves are only ever won through the draws described in sections 3 to 6, never directly from the wheel.

The Promoter may adjust the wheel's prizes and odds for future spins (the odds shown always apply to your current spin) and may withdraw the wheel at any time; prizes already applied to an account are honoured.
