Built by a reseller who got tired of digging by hand.
RedGem finds profitable lots at UK auction houses, the store returns, ex-display and liquidation stock most people scroll past, and values each one against real eBay sold prices. Members get a feed of the lots with genuine profit inside, a safe maximum bid for every one, and an academy that teaches the selling side.
Where it came from
The founder is a full-time reseller who flips around £4,000 a week from exactly these auctions. The edge was never secret: know what a lot really resells for before you bid, count every fee, and walk away when the numbers do not work. Doing that by hand across thousands of lots a day is the hard part. RedGem is the tool he built to do it for him, opened up as a membership.
How we work
- Real sold prices, not asking prices. Valuations come from what items actually sold for on eBay recently, with outliers trimmed. A listing price proves nothing.
- Every fee counted. Auction premium, VAT, eBay fees and postage are in the maths before we call anything profit.
- Every number on the site is live platform data. The deals on the homepage are real lots on the feed right now. The closed-lot receipts are real hammer prices. We do not publish invented testimonials, fake scarcity or made-up case studies.
- Estimates are labelled as estimates. Profit figures are informed valuations, not guarantees. Always check a lot yourself before bidding.
What we are not
We are not an auction house and we do not sell stock. We are not affiliated with the auction houses we cover or with eBay. We make money one way: memberships from resellers who find the feed worth more than it costs.
