1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website work and remember you. This policy explains the cookies RedGem uses.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies: we use authentication and session cookies to keep you securely signed in (including across our academy subdomain) and to protect the service. These are required for RedGem to function, so they do not need your consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies: with your consent, we use a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how our adverts perform and to help us improve the site. This is optional and stays switched off until you accept it. If you reject it, the pixel does not load.
3. Managing cookies
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking our strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in and using RedGem.
